About Isle of Castor Roleplay
Our Story.
We launched our community in April 2025 with one clear goal, to create the kind of British roleplay server we’d always wanted to be part of. Frustrated by the limited options at the time, we decided to build something better from the ground up, and we’ve never looked back.
Our passion for realism and community spirit reflects across all aspects of the community. We pride ourselves on being able to offer custom uniforms, vehicles and a variety of scripts that raise the standard of roleplay for our members to enjoy. We’re proud of how far we’ve come, and even more excited for what’s to come.

Chief Officer Team

CHIEF CONSTABLE
The Chief Constable is the highest-ranking member of the community and holds ultimate responsibility for the strategic leadership and direction of the community and setting out its vision for the future.

DEPUTY CHIEF CONSTABLE
The Deputy Chief Constable supports the Chief Constable in the leadership of the community. They are responsible for Professional Standards and Transformation Management.

ASSISTANT CHIEF CONSTABLE
The Assistant Chief Constable is responsible for overseeing the Isle of Castor, including Local Policing and Specialist Operations. They provide leadership to support the management of divisions across their areas of command.
The Chief Officer Team brings extensive experience in FiveM community management and involvement within the real life emergency services. With several years of involvement within roleplay communities, they use that background to make well-informed decisions that continually improve the community.
The day-to-day leadership of individual divisions and departments is entrusted to our Senior Management Team. They play a key role in managing the operations of their respective areas and act as a direct support to the Chief Officer Team. Each division or department is assigned a member of the Senior Management Team, who can escalate matters to the Chief Officer Team if necessary.

The Senior Management Team provides structured leadership and operational oversight across the community. They are responsible for ensuring that each division and department performs effectively and in line with community standards.
Each member of the Senior Management Team has direct responsibility for their division, supported by members of the Divisional Management Team who assist with oversight and daily operations. This structure allows for effective leadership at every level, with the Senior Management Team ensuring their divisions remain accountable while also acting as a vital link between the Chief Officer Team and the wider community.

The Divisional Management Team is responsible for the day-to-day running of their respective divisions, ensuring smooth operations and effective leadership at a local level. They play a hands-on role in managing activities within their divisions, providing direction, guidance, and support to their members.
Working closely with local supervision, the Divisional Management Team ensures that standards are maintained and that each division continues to meet the expectations of the wider community. They form an important link between frontline members and senior leadership, helping to keep divisions organised, efficient, and aligned with the overall goals of the community.
